Appointments

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding public holidays.

To make an appointment please contact the relevant numbers listed below. If the phone is not answered please leave a message and it will be answered promptly.

On arrival please see the receptionist and complete a patient details form.

Please remember to bring the following items:

  • A referral. A referral from a GP is valid for 12 months whereas a referral from another specialist is valid for only 3 months. This is needed so that you can claim the Medicare rebate on the consultation fee.
  • Medicare card and Health fund details.
  • Any previous investigations such as ultrasound or X rays.
  • Payment for the consultation is required at the time of consultation. We accept visa, mastercard, eftpos, cash or cheque.

We do bulk bill in certain situations.

Cancellation

Please telephone the office during business hours or leave a message, please try to give a 2 day notice if possible.

If you decide not to go ahead with surgery please call us as soon as possible, 3 days’ notice allows someone else waiting for surgery to be allocated the spot.

Post-operative

Please ring up and make a postoperative appointment which is free of charge.

Postoperative instructions will be given to you at the time of surgery.
